Were you ready for today? Are you ready for tomorrow? Will you be ready for next week or for next month or for next year or for . . . Isaiah – a God – as God the Father, prophet spokesman, was given prophetic words through God – as God the Spirit, which Isaiah recorded in Isaiah 9 – in his Isaiah Book, that encouraged guys, gals and kids to be ready for a sudden appearance of a great light, for an issuing in of a new dawn, for an increase in joy and in rejoicing and for an unexpected advent of global peace. Verse 6 foretold, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” 700 or so years before the birth of the promised child – who was Jesus, took place, God – as God the Father, through God – as God the Spirit, spoke through Isaiah to let every guy, gal and kid who was living on and who would live on planet Earth know and to be ready for this seminal event. A new belief paradigm was brought through Jesus – as God the Son, to planet Earth that necessitates a faith that accepts Jesus’ death as being the ransom payment for the death sentence that is imposed on every guy, gal and kid who is born on planet Earth because of Adam’s failure to obey a directive from God – as God the Father, to not to do something. Because God – as God the Father, has already fulfilled what He – as God the Spirit, breathed on Isaiah to chronicle, your grandpaa is completely confident that what God – as God the Spirit, breathed on other planet Earth assigned spokesmen to record regarding the pending return visit to planet Earth of God – as God the Son, will take place.
Over 300 years after God’s specially chosen guys and gals – who are the Israelite people group guys and gals, crossed Jordan River’s miraculously dried up riverbed to enter the land area of Canaan that God – as God the Father, gave them to always to have to live in as their very own land if . . . and after Joshua’s death, God’s specially chosen guys and gals periodically abdicated a guy or in one occasion, a gal localized leadership authority. These guys and the gal who were ascribed the title of judge were recognized by the guys and gals in their tribal clan areas as being willing to confront nemesis marauders and who had good success at intercepting, disrupting and killing enemy invaders. Because their neighboring people groups and/or countries were governed by a top-down totalitarian ruling paradigm, God’s specially chosen guys and gals after well over three centuries of having an autonomous bubble-up self-government, acquiesced to a possible minority who were vociferously complaining that the Israelite people group guys and gals needed to emulate their neighboring people groups and/or countries of guys and gals by also having a king as their visible leader. After 300 or so years of having kings during which time the Israelite people group of guys and gals became divided because of allegiances that were made between different tribal clans to a couple of self-centered dudes, all of God’s specially chosen people guys and gals arrived at the ‘if’ when God saw to it that His specially chosen guys and gals would spend time as exiles in a faraway country. A group of 56 guys from thirteen colonies ended a meeting on July 4, 1776 ratifying a declaration of independence for a growing territory called the United States of America. The first amendment in this burgeoning country’s constitution addresses the role of religion by saying that no law is to ever be made that will prohibit the right to worship a Divine Being Who was definitively understood by all the constitution’s signers to be God. Just as it took somewhere over 300 years for God’s specially chosen guys and gals to move from an entrepreneurial, self-determinate way of life – during which time Philistine and Aramean people group guys and gals hassled them, to a way of life that was dominated by a good number of autocratic, self-serving kings, it has taken 336 years for the United States of America to move from being a hard-working, democratic, capitalist functioning society – during which time liberal judges have dismantled the constitution’s obvious intent to a lazy, entitled, socialist, depravity morphing society.
God – as God the Father, through God – as God the Spirit, had His planet Earth tenured spokesman – Isaiah, write that even though He – as God the Son, would come to planet Earth to implement a new reign for His specially chosen guys and gals that would be underpinned with justice and holiness, God – as God the Father, also had Isaiah write though God – as God the Spirit, that His hand would continue to be raised up in anger until all wicked guys, gals and kids – even the orphans and widows among His specially chosen guys, gals and kids, be burned up as briers and thorns. God – as God the Father, wanted His specially chosen guys, gals and kids to know that He was seeing their ungodliness, wickedness and vileness. God – as God the Father, set up His specially chosen guys and gals to live in a place that was filled with promise but . . . even though God would make an appearance on planet Earth – as God the Son, to make a redemption sacrifice once and for all for His specially elected guys, gals and kids, the effects of sins driven by Satan and his minions are continuing to mar the relationship that is or will be driven by God that He would have with you if . . . your grandpaa believes that God’s hand is raised at this time to mete out His anger everywhere on planet Earth because . . . are you ready for what God has in store for planet Earth to soon happen?
