Do you always ask God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, what you should do when you have to make a decision? If you are always asking God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, what you should do when you have to make a decision, what has God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, told you to do today? Why do you think that it is important to always ask God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, for His perfect will for each decision that you have to make? Do you know how God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, passes on God’s divine will to His Christ-follower guys, gals and kids? Do you know when God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, opens the window of a Christ-follower’s heart for the Christ-follower guy, gal or kid to be downright certain that what he or she is being led to do is an absolute in God’s predestined or preordained will for his or her life? Acts 13 begins with Doctor Luke telling his buddy Theophilus about a prophetic symposium that took place in the city of Antioch in the county of Syria. The city of Antioch is located about 300 miles north of the city of Jerusalem. About 12 years earlier God – as God the Son or as Jesus, was brutally hung on and nailed to a cross outside the city of Jerusalem as a punishment for claiming that He was the way, the truth and the life for the guys, gals and kids who would accept unconditionally as absolute truth what He was teaching. Before God – as God the Son or as Jesus, was inhumanly hung on and nailed to a cross so that He would once and for all definitively defeat death, He acquiesced to having His body beaten before He shed His blood on that cross as a ransom payment for the lives of His specially elected guys, gals and kids. After God – as God the Son or as Jesus, overcame sin’s death penalty by His resurrection from death after having been entombed, He once again walked planet Earth – albeit for just a short period of time, before ascending into heaven to join God – as God the Father. God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, descended to planet Earth 50 days later – as God – as God the Son or as Jesus, had promised that He would, to instill or infuse manifestation gifts in His specially elected guys, gals and kids and to raise up a communal family of guys, gals and kids who were given the name of Christ-followers or Christians. The guys and gals in the city of Antioch emergent Christ-follower fellowship coined Christians as the guys, gals and kids who unequivocally accept the teachings and the death of God – as God the Son or as Jesus, as a new belief paradigm that God – as God the Father, was giving them that is completely centered on the faith spirit that God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, individually imparts on each Christ-follower guy, gal and kid to undeniably ensure him or her that he or she is eternally saved.
Immediately after God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, began His prescribed life changing influence in the lives of the guys, gals and kids who God – as God the Father, specially elected, a fallen angel – Lucifer – who is Satan, used misguided guys in an attempt to bring a halt to the rapidly growing, organic movement that was taking place because of what God – as God the Son or as Jesus, said and did while He was on planet Earth. An educated guy from the city of Tarsus in the country of Turkey – whose name was Saul, was one of the guys who erroneously was led to believe because of the insidious influence of Lucifer – or Satan, that this new belief paradigm spotlighting God – as God the Son or as Jesus, was heretical. Saul initially used his position and his influence to jail and to kill Christ-follower guys and gals thinking that what he was doing was the right thing to do. Saul had a life trajectory change moment when while he was walking on the road that went to the city of Damascus a heaven driven light blinded him. Saul had his name changed to Paul. A prophetic type conference took place in the city of Antioch emergent Christ-follower fellowship about 10 years after Paul had a life altering encounter with God. Your grandpaa believes that Paul during those 10 years had his God gifted faith spirit seed internalize in his heart a total binding acceptance in his heart – through pursuing knowledge, of why God – as God the Son, resided on planet Earth and why He had to be killed. Paul was asked to join Barnabas, Niger, Lucius and Manaen at this prophetic consultation that was held in the city of Antioch. God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit – while the guys worshiped God through prayer and fasting, unmistakably directed the guys who were in this prophetic consultation in the city of Antioch to set apart Barnabas – who had befriended Paul, and Paul for an ambassador ‘missionary’ outreach trip to places that had not heard the Good News. After Barnabas and Paul had hands laid on them, they were sent off – accompanied by John Mark, on what is now known as Paul’s first missionary journey.
Barnabas and Paul left the city of Antioch with Barnabas the ascribed team leader. Paul soon took over being the perceived leader. When the Israelite people group guys and gals or the Jews – God’s specially chosen guys and gals, closed their ears to listening to the Good News, Paul redirected the Good News message of hope to guys and gals who were Gentiles. Verse 48 says, “When the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and honored the word of the Lord; and all who were appointed for eternal life believed.” Your grandpaa believes that the spreading today of the Good News message is being orchestrated by God – as God the Spirit or as the Holy Spirit, all over planet Earth.
